Mango Lassi Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Coffee Smoothie

Place the oats and milk in the blender and let sit for 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.

Spinach Almond Date Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.

Serve immediately.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

If it’s too thick, add milk or water 2 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Cherry Oat Smoothie

Place oat and chia seeds in a blender.

Blend until oats are finely ground.

Add the cherries, yogurt and juice.

Blend until smooth.
