| 1 cup 2% milk (or any unsweetened plant milk) |
| 1/3 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (or any unsweetened plant yogurt) |
| 1 cup pieces Mangos, raw (frozen) |
| 1 Tbsp Seeds, hemp seed, hulled |
| 1/4 tsp., ground Ground cardamom |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
