Not sure how much onion to chop to make one cup? Maybe you need four cups of corn kernels and you don’t know if you have enough ears of corn? Check this handy list and you may find just the equivalent you need.

Red pepper – 1/2 cup diced – 3 ounces = 1/4 pepper

Yellow pepper – 1/2 cup diced – 3
