Ingredients
| 1/8 cup rolled oats |
| 1 cup 1% milk (or any unsweetened plant milk) |
| 1 Tbsp. Nuts, almond butter, plain, with salt added |
| 1 1/5 block Soft tofu (silken) |
| 1/2 cup Coffee (cold or 1 tsp. instant coffee powder) |
| 1 cup Ice |
Instructions
Place the oats and milk in the blender and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
