Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

1/8 cup rolled oats
1 cup 1% milk (or any unsweetened plant milk)
1 Tbsp. Nuts, almond butter, plain, with salt added
1 1/5 block Soft tofu (silken)
1/2 cup Coffee (cold or 1 tsp. instant coffee powder)
1 cup Ice

Instructions

Place the oats and milk in the blender and let sit for 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
