Ingredients
| 1 1/4 block Soft tofu (silken) |
| 1 medium Bananas, raw (frozen) |
| 3/4 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened |
| 1 cup Soymilk (all flavors), unsweetened, with added calcium, vitamins A and D (unflavored) |
| 1 3 ice cube (3/4 fluid ounces) Water (1 cup) |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
If it's too thick, add milk or water 2 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
