Cherry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. Seeds, chia seeds, dried
1 cup, unthawed Frozen or dried cherries
1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Cherry juice, tart (unsweetened)

Instructions

Place oat and chia seeds in a blender.

Blend until oats are finely ground.

Add the cherries, yogurt and juice.

Blend until smooth.
