Spinach Almond Date Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 medium Bananas, raw (frozen)
1 cup Fresh spinach (packed)
1 Tbsp. Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added
1 dates Dates, medjool
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 cup Ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.

Serve immediately.
