Nigerian Pepper Soup Spice



Serving size

1 Tbsp


2 Tbsp., ground Black pepper
2 tsp. Ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp., whole Fennel seed
1/4 tsp., whole Ground cumin


Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Grind the peppercorns and fennel seeds to a fine powder using a spice blender.

Mix with the other spices and store in an airtight container.
