This recipe can easily be multiplied and makes great leftovers. Keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator. This recipe requires that you make Garlic Infused Olive Oil – FODMAP first.

Chimichurri Sauce – FODMAP

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (chopped)
1 large Green onions (green section only)
3 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
3/4 tsp. Ground cumin
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Place all ingredienets in a mini chopper or blender.

Process until smooth.
