Curried Chicken Thigh Burgers

1 burgerThis recipe makes great leftovers. Cooking time does not include marinating time.
Serve with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce.
Ingredients
16 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken thighs |
1 tsp. Curry powder |
1/2 tsp. Garam masala |
1/2 tsp.. Ground cumin |
1 tsp. Paprika |
1 Tbsp. Olive oil |
2 tsp.. Honey |
1/4 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
1 spray Spray olive oil |
4 roll Whole wheat hamburger buns |
Instructions
When ready to cook place a grill pan or a large skillet over high heat. Spray with olive oil and add the chicken thighs to the pan. Cook, turning at least twice for about 15 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce and lettuce, tomato or other garnish of your choosing.
Serve this recipe with one of these vegetable side dishes.
