Turkey Waldorf Salad

This recipe can easily be multiplied and keeps fairly well refrigerated for about 2 days.
Ingredients
2 medium Granny Smith apples (1/4 inch cubes) |
1 medium Red delicious apples (1/4 inch cubes) |
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice |
2 Medium stalk Celery, raw (large dice) |
1/4 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts, shelled (coarsely chopped) |
1/4 cup, packed Raisins (or sweetened dried cranberries) |
1/2 cup Reduced fat mayonnaise |
1/4 cup Reduced fat sour cream |
1/4 tsp. Salt |
1 1/2 tsp.. Honey |
16 ounces Roasted turkey breast (cubed) |
Instructions
Mix the cubed apples with the lemon juice.
Add celery, walnuts and raisins. Toss.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream and honey and gently fold together until well blended.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
