Ingredients
16 ounces Carrots, raw (peeled and shredded) |
1/2 cup, packed Raisins |
1/4 cup Reduced fat mayonnaise |
1/4 tsp. Lemon zest (minced) |
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
Instructions
Fold together the carrots, raisins, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Chill.
