Taco Roasted Chickpeas – Virtual

Ingredients

1 15 ounce can Canned no salt added chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 tsp. Olive oil
1/2 Tbsp. TACO SEASONING BLEND
1/8 cup Salt

Instructions

Gather all equipment and ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Toss chickpeas with olive oil, taco seasoning, and salt.

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking tray and roast for 30 - 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are brown and crunchy. Serve.
