1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
2 ounce Beverages, Whey protein powder isolate (or other protein powder) |
1 large Bananas, raw (frozen) |
1 cup Beverages, coffee, brewed, breakfast blend (any blend will do) |
1 Tbsp. Peanut butter, no salt added |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Combine until smooth and enjoy.
