Shrimp and Garlic with Olives

4 ounces shrimpThis recipe can be multiplied and will make great leftovers, chilled, in sandwiches or on salads.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Olive oil |
3 clove Garlic, raw (thinly sliced) |
4 large Green olives (green olives)(cut into slivers) |
8 Ounces Shrimp, raw (peeled and deveined) |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
Instructions
Add the garlic and olives. When the garlic begins to sizzle remove the pan from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Place the pan in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Remove and add the shrimp. Return the pan to the oven.
Cook for about 5 minutes, remove the pan and toss well. Return the pan to the oven.
Cook for about another 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through. Serve.
Serve this recipe with one of these starch side dishes.
