16 ounce bay scallops
1/2 cup Lime juice, raw
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 tsp. Ginger root, raw (peeled and minced)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Z-Sweet / Stevia
1 clove Garlic, raw (minced)
3 Tbsp. Fresh parsley (minced)
1 small Red onion (small dice)

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
