Recipe Notes

Waldorf Salad is one of our ultimate comfort foods. The combination of sweet apples and raisins, creamy dressing, savory turkey and crunchy walnuts and apples is perfect. Granny Smith apples bring a lovely tartness to Waldorf Salad. This combination with the savory turkey is really wonderful.

"A lot of Thanksgiving days have been ruined by not carving the turkey in the kitchen."
