Ingredients
5 ounces Tomato Juice Cocktail |
1 Tbsp. Olive oil |
2 Tbsp. No salt added tomato paste |
2 Tbsp. Coarse ground mustard |
2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar |
1 Tbsp. Maple syrup |
1/4 tsp. Salt |
2 Tbsp Chives, raw (chopped) |
2 clove Garlic, raw (minced) |
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker bottle and shake vigorously.
Chill for at least two hours before serving.

A simple and very fresh dressing from ingredients that you likely have around the house. This dressing is based on a recipe from the 60’s. It was called “French Dressing” and was made with some of the same ingredients. We added the chopped chives to give it a fresh summer flavor.
