Recipe Notes

A simple and very fresh dressing from ingredients that you likely have around the house. This dressing is based on a recipe from the 60’s. It was called “French Dressing” and was made with some of the same ingredients. We added the chopped chives to give it a fresh summer flavor.

"A world without tomatoes is like a string quartet without violins."
