Sweet Soy Dressing

about 3 tablespoons dressing

This recipe can be multiplied and keeps well for 3 days in the refrigerator.

Sweet Soy Dressing


1 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari sauce)
1 Tbsp Peach preserves
1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Orange juice
1 Tbsp. Olive oil


Mix together the soy sauce, peach preserves, vinegar, orange juice and olive oil until well blended. Chill.
