Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Olive oil |
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice |
1 tsp.. Maple syrup |
2 tsp. Coarse ground mustard |
1/8 tsp., ground Dried tarragon |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
Instructions
Place olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, mustard, tarragon, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.

We have quality inexpensive oil that we cook with, but a rich, mellow Tuscan oil should be used for a recipe such as this one. There is a difference in price, but it will show in the final flavor of your dressing.
