Ingredients
2 medium Cucumber (cut into large dice) |
1 medium Tomatoes (cut into large dice) |
1 Small Shallots, raw (minced) |
1/4 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
2 Tbsp. chopped Chives, raw (minced) |
2 Tbsp. Reduced fat sour cream |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
