Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients

1 15 ounce can Canned no salt added navy beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup (8 fluid ounces) Yogurt, plain, low fat
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
1 clove Garlic, raw
1/8 tsp. Onion powder
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

Place the navy beans, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, onion powder, and grated parmesan in a blender and blend until smooth.

Chill before serving.
