Ingredients
1/2 cup Reduced fat buttermilk |
1/4 cup Reduced fat mayonnaise |
1 ounce Blue cheese (crumbled) |
1 Tbsp Shallots, raw (minced) |
1/4 tsp. Ground mustard |
1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or mini chopper and blend until smooth.
Place the dressing in a storage container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
