Quick Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1 can Canned no-salt added tuna fish in water (packed in water, drained)
1/4 medium White onions (finely diced)
1 Medium stalk Celery, raw (finely diced)
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 to taste Black pepper
1 tsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Try this salad as a sandwich, with 2 wasa crackers, over 2 cups of greens, or however you like to eat your tuna salad.
