Papaya Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup 1 inch pieces Papayas, raw
1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup Papaya nectar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
2 Tbsp. Poppy seed

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Chill for at least an hour before serving and overnight is best.
