Ingredients
1/2 cup Water (warm) |
6 tsp. Sugar |
2 Tbsp Lime juice, raw |
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce |
1 clove Garlic, raw (minced) |
1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw (bird's eye or Thai chile)(minced) |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
In a small bowl, whisk water and sugar together until sugar dissolves.
Add the lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, and minced chili. Stir to combine.
Serve as dipping sauce with summer rolls.
