Ingredients
| 1 medium Mangos, raw (small dice) |
| 1/4 medium White or yellow onions (small dice) |
| 1 medium Tomatoes (small dice) |
| 1/4 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (chopped) |
| 1 lime yields Lime juice, raw |
| 1 tsp., whole Ground cumin |
| 1 tsp. Olive oil |
| 1/4 tsp. Salt |
| 1 dash Black pepper (to taste) |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir to combine.
Allow the flavors of the salsa to develop by placing it in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight before serving.
