Low Sodium Cucumber and Chive Salad

Ingredients

2 medium Cucumber (cut into large dice)
1 medium Tomatoes (cut into large dice)
1 Small Shallots, raw (minced)
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 to taste Black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped Chives, raw (minced)
2 Tbsp. Reduced fat sour cream

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
