Garlic Tartar Sauce

This recipe can easily be multiplied and keeps well for about 3 days in the fridge. This recipe also requires making Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
4 Tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise |
4 clove Roasted Garlic |
2 large Green onions (sliced thin) |
2 Tbsp., drained Capers |
1 Tbsp Caper liquid |
1 Tbsp 2% milk |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
Instructions
Place the mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl and add the roasted garlic. Mash the garlic into the mayonnaise until smooth.
Fold in the green onions, capers, caper liquid, milk, salt and pepper.
Chill.

This is a great variation on the tartar sauce you have always had. Mind you, I love tartar sauce, but the garlic and capers just add so much to fish that you’ll find this a recipe you’ll make over and over.
