2 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened (Includes foods for USDA's Food Distribution Program) (may also use frozen strawberries, raspberries, or other berries of your choice) |
1 cup Orange juice |
1 cup (8 fluid ounces) Yogurt, plain, low fat |
1 large Bananas, raw (frozen) |
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
