Salsa can be multiplied and keeps well, refrigerated.

Fresh Tomato Salsa (HmF)


4 tomato Tomatoes (cored and diced)
1/2 large White onions (red onions, finely diced)
1 pepper Jalapeno pepper (stemmed, seeded, and finely diced)
1 lime yields Lime juice, raw
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (chopped)
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp., ground Black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
