Ingredients
1 tomato Tomatoes (cored and diced small) |
1/2 large White onions (finely diced)(try red onions for great color) |
1 pepper Jalapeno pepper (stemmed, seeded, and finely diced) |
1 Tbsp Lime juice, raw |
1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice |
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (chopped) |
1 Tbsp. Olive oil |
1/4 tsp. Salt |
1/4 tsp., ground Black pepper |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Let the salsa rest for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
