This recipe can easily be multiplied and keeps in the refrigerator for up to 5 days if tightly sealed.

Fresh Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

16 ounces Pineapple (diced)
1/4 cup, chopped Red bell peppers
1/4 cup, chopped White onions
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. Ground allspice
1/8 tsp. Salt

Instructions

Fold together all ingredients and chill for at least four hours before serving. It is better if chilled at least overnight.
