This recipe can easily be multiplied and keeps well, refrigerated. Makes fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches!

Ingredients
4 ounce Reduced fat cheddar cheese (grated) |
1/2 cup Pimento, canned |
2 medium Green onions (thinly sliced) |
4 tsp. Reduced fat sour cream |
1 to taste Black pepper |
Instructions
Place the cheese, pimentos, green onion, and sour cream in a bowl and fold together until blended.
Chill well before serving.
