Mango Mustard Salsa

Ingredients

1 fruit without refuse Mangos, raw (peeled and cut into small dice)
2 medium Green onions (thinly sliced crosswise)
1/2 small Red bell peppers (seeded and finely diced)
1 Tablespoon Coarse ground mustard
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Olive oil
1/2 lime yields Lime juice, raw

Instructions

Place the mango, green onions, red peppers, mustard, salt, olive oil, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.

Fold together and chill well before serving.
