Garlic Tartar Sauce

This recipe can easily be multiplied and keeps well for about 3 days in the fridge. This recipe also requires making Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
4 Tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise |
4 clove Roasted Garlic |
2 large Green onions (sliced thin) |
2 Tbsp., drained Capers |
1 Tbsp Caper liquid |
1 Tbsp 2% milk |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
Instructions
Place the mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl and add the roasted garlic. Mash the garlic into the mayonnaise until smooth.
Fold in the green onions, capers, caper liquid, milk, salt and pepper.
Chill.
