Sauteed Spinach with Roasted Garlic

This recipe can easily be multiplied but does not make very good leftovers. This recipe also requires making Roasted Garlic.

Ingredients
1 tsp. Olive oil |
4 clove Roasted Garlic |
8 Ounces Fresh spinach |
1 tsp.. Unsalted butter |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg |
Instructions
Place the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Coarsely chop the cloves of garlic and add to the pan.
Sauté for about 1 minute. Add the spinach, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cook for about 3 minutes and serve.
