about 1 1/2 teaspoons

This recipe can be multiplied and keeps well in the refrigerator for about a week. Reheat in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time until just warm.

Dill Oil


1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup sprigs Fresh dill


Place the oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

Heat only until slightly warm.

Place the dill in the warm oil and let stand for about 20 minutes.

Place the olive oil and dill in a blender or mini chopper and process until smooth.
