Curried Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Pickle relish, sweet
1 Tbsp Shallots, raw (finely minced)
1/2 tsp. Curry powder
1/4 tsp. Garam masala
1 to taste Black pepper
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Place the mayonnaise, relish, shallot, curry powder, garam masala, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Fold together until well blended and chill for at least two hours before serving.
