This recipe can easily be multiplied and makes great leftovers. Keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator. This recipe requires that you make Garlic Infused Olive Oil – FODMAP first.

Ingredients
3/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped) |
1/4 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (chopped) |
2 large Green onions (green section only, roughly chopped) |
1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil |
1 Tbsp sherry vinegar |
1/8 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional) |
1/4 tsp. Ground cumin |
1 dash Black pepper (to taste) |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Place all ingredienets in a mini chopper or blender.
Process until smooth.
