This recipe can be multiplied and keeps well for about a week in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
6 Tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise |
2 Tbsp. Pickle relish, sweet |
1 Tbsp Shallots, raw (finely minced) |
1/2 tsp. Curry powder |
1/4 tsp. Garam masala |
1 to taste Black pepper |
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Place the mayonnaise, relish, shallot, curry powder, garam masala, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
Fold together until well blended and chill for at least two hours before serving.
