Creamy Parmesan Dressing

This dressing can be multiplied and will keep well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Ingredients
1 15 ounce can Canned no salt added navy beans (drained and rinsed) |
1/4 cup (8 fluid ounces) Yogurt, plain, low fat |
1 Tbsp. Olive oil |
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice |
1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar |
1 clove Garlic, raw |
1/8 tsp. Onion powder |
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated) |
Instructions
Place the navy beans, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, onion powder, and grated parmesan in a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill before serving.
