This recipe can easily be multiplied and makes great leftovers. Use it on sandwiches, salads, with vegetables or grains, or to top proteins!
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup chopped Fresh parsley (packed) |
| 1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (packed) |
| 1/2 cup Olive oil |
| 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar (or sherry) |
| 2 clove Garlic, raw (peeled) |
| 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes |
| 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin |
| 1/2 tsp. Salt |
| 1 dash Black pepper (to taste) |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
