This recipe requires that Caesar Dressing be made first.

This recipe can easily be multiplied, and the dressing keeps well, tightly sealed in the refrigerator, for about 5 – 7 days.

Caesar Salad – HmF

Ingredients

1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
8 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
2 cups Grape or cherry tomatoes (halved lengthwise)
1 tomato Tomatoes
1/4 large Red onion (julienned)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

In a large mixing bowl toss the romaine, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of dressing. Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese.

The original Caesar Salad dressing used egg yolk and oil to make a mayonnaise combined with the lemon, parmesan and mustard. This version has the same terrific creaminess, is lower in calories, and ticks all the flavor boxes.
