2 cups salad with 2 Tbsp dressingThis recipe requires that Caesar Dressing be made first.
This recipe can easily be multiplied, and the dressing keeps well, tightly sealed in the refrigerator, for about 5 – 7 days.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Caesar Dressing |
8 cup shredded Romaine lettuce |
2 cups Grape or cherry tomatoes (halved lengthwise) |
1 tomato Tomatoes |
1/4 large Red onion (julienned) |
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl toss the romaine, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of dressing. Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese.
