Ingredients
1 large Bananas, raw (overripe, peeled, frozen) |
1 Tbsp. Peanut butter, no salt added |
1/4 cup 2% milk |
Instructions
If too thick, add milk or water 2 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately.

People are very particular about their bananas. They like them at a particular degree of ripeness and most folks don’t like overripe bananas.
When your bananas turn a bit too brown, peel them and put them in a Tupperware container and then freeze them. There are a lot of great uses for frozen bananas and smoothies are a perfect example. They make for an ice cold smoothie that is super rich and creamy.
You can also use almond or soy milk for a dairy-free version. Make sure to look for alternative milks with no added sugars.
