Ingredients
2 medium Avocados, raw |
1 cup 2% milk |
1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
1/4 cup Applesauce (unsweetened) |
2 Tbsp. Honey |
2 tsp. Vanilla extract |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Serve immediately.
