This smoothie does not keep well.

Avocado Smoothie


1/2 medium Avocados, raw
1/4 cup 2% milk
2 Tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 cup Applesauce
1 1/2 cup Honey
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract


Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Serve immediately.
