Ingredients

3 Tbsp Seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
2 clove Garlic, raw
4 cup leaves, whole Fresh basil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
3 Tbsp Water
1/2 lemon yields Lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
