3 Tbsp Seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried |
2 clove Garlic, raw |
4 cup leaves, whole Fresh basil |
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) |
3 Tbsp Water |
1/2 lemon yields Lemon juice |
3 Tbsp. Olive oil |
1/4 tsp. Salt |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
