Avocado Toast with Egg and Five Spice Powder

This recipe can easily be multiplied but does not make good leftovers.
Ingredients
1 medium Avocados, raw |
1/16 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
2 slice Whole wheat bread (or gluten-free whole grain bread) |
2 large Egg(s) (hard boiled, sliced) |
1/2 tsp. Five Spice Powder |
1/2 cup Sesame seeds |
Instructions
Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and fold together.
Toast the bread and then top with the sliced egg.
Sprinkle the five spice powder over the top of the eggs and then garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve.
