Ingredients

1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 medium Avocados, raw
1/4 cup Lime juice, raw
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (roughly chopped)
1/2 pepper Jalapeno pepper (stemmed and seeded)
3/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
