1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
1 medium Avocados, raw |
1/4 cup Lime juice, raw |
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (roughly chopped) |
1/2 pepper Jalapeno pepper (stemmed and seeded) |
3/4 tsp. Salt |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
