My boyfriend is on Coumadin. How can I calculate the amount of Vitamin K in foods to get the 85 mcg for one day that is recommended.
You can use the USDA Food Composition Database to calculate the amount of Vitamin K in the ingredients in your recipes. The amount of Vitamin K will be under Vitamins in the Full Report (All Nutrients) subsection.
